Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná: A Premier Golf Destination

Established in 2001, Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná became a cornerstone of Czech golf when the first 18-hole course was opened, designed with the help of world-renowned golfer M. A. Jiménez. A second 18-hole course followed in 2004. Both courses have since ranked among the finest in the region, hosting prestigious events like the European PGA Tour’s Czech Open from 2009 to 2011.

The resort is located in the heart of the Beskids, surrounded by forested slopes, offering not just top-tier golf but also excellent facilities. It features a newly expanded PRO-SHOP, a Social and Conference Hall, a stylish Golf Restaurant, and the modern Prosper Horse Ranch. Nearby, the MIURA Hotel Spa and various accommodation options enhance the experience.

In 2023, the original management, Prosper Golf Resort a.s., resumed control of the resort, guiding it toward further development.

Notable Tournaments

Prosper Golf Resort Čeladná was honored to host PGA European Tour events, including the Moravia Silesia Open (2009) and Czech Open (2010, 2011). During these tournaments, records were set, with the Old Course remaining unbeaten since 2009 and an incredible 64-shot round on the European Course in 2011. Meeting these high standards demonstrates the resort's standing among Europe’s top courses.

For newcomers to golf, the resort offers professional coaching, spacious training areas, and two challenging 18-hole courses to explore the beauty of the game.
